Movement is medicine

In a world that is constantly moving, stillness is rare pleasure. And it is in the stillness between where you learn the deepest lessons.

Yoga has been a huge part of my life for the past 11 years. As a philosophy and a practice it helped me strengthen and soften, across both physical and mental planes, and quickly became both a love and a passion.

As a teacher, I am qualified in vinyasa, ashtanga, and yin yoga and have over 5 years of experience teaching classes, coaching individuals, and working with businesses. When working with me, I hope to offer a practice that is both meaningful and playful, tailored to all abilities and needs. I use the breath as a guide through all of my sequences, helping to deepen the breath and reconnect individuals with it.

Yoga coaching

Asana is the physical part of yoga. The wider practice of yoga encompasses asana, philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, and much more. Through coaching with me, we’ll work on your individual aims and requirements, building strength of mind and body, calming the nervous system, and creating a strong personal practice to carry you forward.
