To put it simply, my life revolves around food. I always look forward to meals cooked at home and to sharing the flavours of the day; I live in London which has some of the most fantastic restaurants in the world so there’s always new tastes to explore and inspiration to draw from; and of course as a Nutritional Therapist food is something that I speak about every day with clients.

My passion for food, the health it can provide, and the joy that it can give, drives my work and connection with foodies alike.

When it comes to nutrition, my belief is that everyone is built differently and that this must be reflected in what and how we eat. I believe that in our society there is far too much shaming around food and the language used to describe certain meals and items can be toxic and cause guilt around eating. I believe that changing what you eat can change your life.

Mindset is so important when looking at wellbeing and nutrition; finding joy in food (and every day life) and removing some of that shame and confusion that so many of us live with is a vital part of the healing process. Healthy should feel good, and should feel like a celebration, not deprivation. The meals that I create and recommend are full of nutrients, but also hearty and delicious, and there’s always so much variety in what you can eat to suit all budgets, lifestyles, and tummies.

Whether you work with me, cook with me, or eat with me, the focus will always be on nourishment of mind, body and spirit.
