Hi, I’m Bex
A nutritional therapist & yoga teacher based in Oxfordshire.
I offer the integrative support needed to heal your gut, rebalance your hormones, regulate your nervous system, and re-energise your body.
Work with me
Lasting change doesn’t come from overhauling everything at once, nor does it come from a 15 step morning routine.
My philosophy centres around 4 key concepts:
Balance: on your plate, throughout cycles & the year, and through how you move
Connection: to the self, planet, and community
Permission: to rest when needed, to eat for nourishment, and to be imperfect
Joy: for the little moments.
Through my work both as a nutritional therapist and a yoga teacher over the past 10 years, this philosophy has become vital to the way I support my clients towards an empowered and sustainable wellness.
We can work together through nutritional therapy, movement coaching, or an integration of both.

Due to having an integrative approach, neither of these are ever truly standalone, however I find it important to have two separate entry points to allow you to choose that which resonates most.
How can I help?
I work holistically, meaning I look at the whole human, all of the systems in the body and how they are communicating with one another. This helps me identify the small shifts that can create big impact.
What might this look like for you?
Do you feel out of sync - tired, wired, or running on empty?
Are you navigating hormonal shifts, burnout, digestive issues, or simply feeling that your body isn’t keeping up with your life?
You’re eating healthy, exercising, but something doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe there’s an injury that isn’t healing, aches, pains, or a sense of general malaise.
Sound familiar?
In a world asking us to constantly spend more time and money on our health, I have found it is often the small, simple and therefore sustainable changes that create the biggest shift for my clients.
Through my work I have supported my clients to recover from symptoms such as:
Fatigue
Recurrent colds
Arthritis
Autoimmunity
Acne & rosacea
Insomnia
IBS & Bloating
Anxiety & depression
Chronic stress
If you’re ready to feel grounded, energised and back in rhythm with your body - you’re in the right place.
Movement is key to health and longevity, but there are so many ways you can access movement to suit your life. I offer this through yoga and somatic work.
Movement
Food
Food is more than just our fuel, and what we put into our body can impact everything from sleep quality to menstrual cycles, from joint pain to headaches.
